Regularly attend properties to maintain the common property at a high standard.
Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding gardens.
Respond promptly to any emergencies. Caretaker is contactable at all times.
Arrange repairs or replacement of any equipment that is defective, unsafe or otherwise requires repairs or maintenance.
Support Body Corporate Committee with any requests for works. Arrange quotes and organise completion.
Ensure annual maintenance is completed. Eg gutter cleaning, pool safety certificates.
We monitor, assist and report and By-Law breaches, eg parking.
Prepare costings for Body Corporate Budgets.
Attend meetings and provide up to date reports on the works undertaken.
Our team is made up of employees. We don’t outsource the caretaking duties.
We arrange skilled tradespersons for specialist works.
We work closely with the Body Corporate Manager & Committee.
Knowledge of property since development.
Direct access to contacts who built the property to enable timely informed decisions to be made.
Eg We know the plumber who installed the water tanks to source the supplier.
